Only comment would be to crop the left of the picture a bit more (again, lol) so the middle table is in the centre.

Sorry man, I can't remember, but I think it was between 8 seconds and 30 seconds. I just took an ambient meter reading under the outside lights and bracketed.

Thanks man :) Cropping would be problematic here again; the trail of garbage would be centralized which would neutralize its compositional effect, the left table would be cropped adding to an incomplete feeling and losing attention from the leftover cup on it, and the diagonal parking line on the left would no longer be balancing the broken lights on the top right. The part in the center right now holding it all together is actually the three vent things in the window.
